DMV Collective Pro – Terms & Conditions

OVERVIEW

The DMV Collective Pro Artist Program is an exclusive program designed for professional makeup artists (MUAs), MUA students, and beauticians. DMV Collective acknowledges that industry professionals need to regularly restock and upgrade their kits, and this program is designed to offer a discount on selected products to support their ongoing work.

The maximum discount is 25% and applies exclusively to DMV Collective products. Excludes bundles. DMV Collective reserves the right to add or remove products from this program at its discretion.

To qualify for the Pro Artist Discount, applicants must submit the required credentials (see "Criteria"). Once approved by DMV Collective (at their discretion), applicants will be enrolled in the program and receive access to the discount.

This program is only available to working professional MUAs, MUA students, and beauticians.

CRITERIA

To qualify, applicants must be a working MUA, MUA student, or beautician and provide at least one of the following:

• Editorial page or commercial magazine feature with name credit
• ABN and business website

Additionally, applicants must have:

• A professional Instagram account showcasing their work
• A business name, business address, and/or business email address if they are a working MUA or beautician

DMV Collective reserves the right to decline applications if the evidence provided does not meet the criteria or is deemed insufficient. DMV Collective may request further information, and it is not obliged to accept an application even if the criteria have been met.

By submitting an application, applicants agree to the DMV Collective Privacy Policy. All information provided is handled in accordance with this policy.

HOW TO APPLY

To apply for the Pro Artist Program, visit https://dmvcollective.com.au/pages/pro-discount.

• Submit the necessary details and credentials via email (hello@dmvcollective.com).
• Only one application per person is permitted.

Upon submission, DMV Collective will review the provided documentation to ensure all criteria are met. If your application is approved, you will receive confirmation via email within 30 days and details on how to access your discount.

If your application is unsuccessful, DMV Collective will notify you within 30 days and explain why the application was rejected. You may be given an opportunity to submit corrected or additional documentation for reconsideration.

HOW TO ACCESS THE DISCOUNT

Once your application has been approved, you will be prompted to create a new DMV Collective business account.

• The Pro Artist Discount applies to DMV Collective products only. Other items in the store will not be eligible for the discount.
• The discount will be automatically applied when eligible products are added to the cart.
• The discount will remain active from the time of confirmation and will only apply to purchases made through your Business Account.

Purchases made using the Pro Artist Discount will not contribute to any loyalty programs or points systems. DMV Collective may request updated documentation periodically to ensure compliance. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension of the Business Account until it is updated.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• By applying, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• The Pro Artist Discount is non-transferable and cannot be shared with non-qualified individuals.
• The Pro Artist Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or sales, and is available only during non-sale periods.
• There is no minimum or maximum spend requirement for members of the Pro Artist Program.

TERMINATION OF DISCOUNT ACCESS
The Pro Artist Business Account is for professional use only. Personal purchases must be made via a personal DMV Collective account.

Any misuse of the Pro Artist Discount, such as sharing the Business Account with non-professionals or using the discount for personal purchases, will result in immediate termination of the Business Account. DMV Collective reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without notice.

Orders made via the Pro Artist Business Account will be monitored to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
